計畫/網站簡介

98年度

• 本計畫與世界知名民族音樂學者山口修教授（Yamaguti Osamu）合作，就其1965到1966年間於帛琉採集之傳統音樂舞蹈為典藏內容。山口教授當年訪遍帛琉各地所採集之內容，是目前僅存之1960年代完整的帛琉音樂史料，對帛琉文化的研究與保存極為重要。計畫團隊與帛琉文化部、帛琉國家博物館及當地文史工作者密切合作，期望建構「南島語族音樂數位博物館」，使台灣躍昇為南島語族音樂數位典藏的中心。
• This project works in collaboration with the internationally renowned ethno-musicologist Professor Yamaguti Osamu, and digitizes traditional music and dance materials Osamu collected in Palau between 1965 and 1966. Data collected by Professor Osamu is the only surviving information on 1960s Palau music history, and is extremely important to the research and preservation of Palau culture. The project team collaborates closely with the Republic of Palau Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs, Belau National Museum, and local culture and history workers in the hopes of establishing a “Digital Museum of Austronesian Music,” which will elevate Taiwan as a digital archive center of Austronesian music.

99年度

• 蘭嶼與帛琉之傳統歌謠，除了共同擁有南島語族音樂中具有保存歷史與記錄事件的功能外，使用大量朗誦調、滑音與微分音等唱法亦相近。本計畫以臺灣為典藏南島音樂之根據地，並將歌謠之研究範圍延伸至蘭嶼及帛琉，不僅將珍貴之傳統歌謠資產數位化，並與帛琉博物館國際交流，進以建構世界第一的南島語族音樂數位博物館之目標前進。
