97年度

• 本計畫欲建構規劃一個提供學習者以能力為導向的全方位數位華語學習環境，根據學習者不同的華語程度、個人特質、文化情境，設計一套結合理論與實徵研究，適性、多元、強調主動學習之數位學習環境。
• 本計畫整合課程綱要、教學、學習、測驗、產學合作、國際合作等六面向，並與國內外學校合作進行教學與學習之實徵研究，做為發展能力導向之全方位數位華語學習環境的理論基礎，研究結果也將有助於台灣華語教學研究之品質與數量。之後再透過產學合作，結合業界數位教材設計與學術理論，研發優質數位教材，期盼提升台灣數位華語學習教材品質，以及在全球華語市場的獨特性。
• This project aims to design a competence-oriented omniform learning system for Chinese as a foreign language (COOL Chinese for CFL) that takes into account learners’ different levels of Chinese proficiency, individual quality, and cultural context. This is a digital environment that accentuates (inter)active learning and is adaptable and multi-faceted with the support of theoretical and empirical studies.
• This project integrates six modules consisting of syllabus, learning, teaching, assessment, cooperation of academic and commerce, and international cooperation to construct the learning system. Empirical studies conducted by associating domestic and overseas schools on teaching and learning form the theoretical basis for developing this Chinese learning digitalized environment. Research results are expected to promote the quality and quantity of Chinese teaching and academic studies. Then, by applying both digitalized material design and academic theory through cooperation between academic and commerce to produce high-quality e-learning materials, we hope to elevate the Chinese e-learning quality and market distinctiveness of Taiwan.

• 網站主要介紹計畫構想與目標、團隊成員、計畫研究執行與研發成果、並提供相關華語文學習資源。網站另外設有教學平台，為華語文教師與學習者的互動場域，目前仍建置中。
• 近年來，華人在全球經濟市場的影響力掀起了全球華語學習的熱潮。為滿足全球華語學習的需求，本計劃希望建置一套結合數位學習之華語教學，將台灣精緻化的華語教與學介紹給世界各地對華語有熱忱的人們以及招攬有興趣合作的學術單位和投資廠商。
