*本計畫旨在建構「美濃影像數位博物館」，讓使用者透過資訊系統快速有效地檢索美濃地區百年以來生活與藝術文物的數位資料，其中有老照片、古文物、書冊等。透過完整的影像考據或詮釋，重新呈現其內涵，並利用[[數位化]]易於分類展示的特性，提供另類美濃影像，豐富展出內容，提高民眾對客家文化的興趣，引發其觀賞實物及深入瞭解之動機。
*The purpose of this project is the establishment of a “Mei-Nung Images Digital Museum,” which will allow users to rapidly and effectively search for digital data about Mei-Nung relics of art and daily life (including old photos, antiques, and books) from the past century. The connotations and significances of the relics are re-presented by means of research on and interpretation of image-based materials, and various Mei-Nung photos are provided through the digital archives, which allow for easy categorical display. It is hoped that the creation of this database will increase public interest in Hakka culture, and provide greater motivation to study the Hakka.
