*光復後來台的特技藝人已漸漸凋零、其子女徒弟們也早就改行，只有少數的藝人能繼續在國立台灣戲曲學院任教，繼續傳遞技藝香火，因此[[數位典藏]]對於家班特技史的荒蕪開拓絕對是不可或缺的技術。隨著社會變遷，他們見證了台灣戲院的興衰與夜總會、酒店的燈紅酒綠。本計畫旨將老一輩師傅的經歷記錄下來，建構出完整的台灣特技史，並且希望相關的文化藝術學者專家，也能更加重視特技表演藝術的價值。
*After the Retrocession, acrobats in Taiwan gradually disappeared, their children and apprentices have long since changed professions, and only a small number of acrobats have been able to continue teaching—and passing down their skills—at the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Developing digital archiving technology with which to preserve information about acrobatic history is, therefore, a necessary task. With the occurrence of changes in society, acrobats have witnessed the rise and fall of Taiwan theaters, as well as extravagant night clubs. The purpose of this project is to record the experiences of the older generation of acrobats, with the hope that scholars and experts in the fields of culture and the arts will attach more importance to acrobatics.
